Collage of six images showing a damaged vehicle chassis and a disassembled, greasy gearbox. The top row depicts close-ups of corroded metal and a phone screen reflecting mechanical parts. The bottom row displays the separate components of the gearbox and a car jack.

On the 2nd of May, we got a report that our charity van had broken down.

This time, it was the gear box that was faulty, amongst other issues like rust eating away at the vehicle.

It was a hefty expenditure that cost the charity nearly a million naira.

We are still hoping for a donation of an unwanted functional van, which can be shipped over to Africa or donations of funds up to between £9,500 and £12,500 to buy a new one, in order to guarantee a smooth flow of our charity activities and the distribution of aid and the succour we bring to these troubled communities.
