There is no secret that Christian communities in Nigeria’s middle belt are being systematically wiped off the surface of the earth. The sad part is that not much is being said and done about it.
From Plateau, Benue, and Kaduna, scores of Christians are being slaughtered in their sleep.
From the killing of 30 Christians in Benue State on the 16th of February, to this year, to just 3 days ago , over 40 killed in the Naraguta attack in Naraguta, Plateau State to over 30 people killed in a Christian community called Naridon, in Kaduna State.
These are just a few of the attacks recorded, apart from the daily killings and farm ambushes that take place.
The outspoken Rev. Dachomo, whose post was retweeted by President Donald J. Trump was not left out.
On the 11th of July, his village, Kum, Riyom Local Government of Plateau State, where 9 of his family members, including an 18-month-old baby, were brutally massacred.
The list is endless.
It is no secret. The Body of Christ, the Church is under attack.
Unless the international Christian community joins in the cry against this persecution.
Our charity will be visiting these communities with relief materials,
and medication. We will be providing opportunities for orphans and fatherless children to get an education and support in their guardian’s care. Many of these children we prioritise are homeless and lone survivors of attacks on their families.
