
On 20th of February, we paid a courtesy visit to Hon. Dachung Musa Bagos, a member of the Nigeria Federal House of Representatives from Jos South/Jos East federal constituency of Plateau State in the 9th National Assembly. He was elected to the House in 2019. Bagos was re-elected into the Federal House of Representatives for the second time in the 2023 general election.
He welcomed the NTC Team and was delighted to hear of the Suga Warrior Bounty mobile app game, especially because his father was a member of the ‘Besuga’ – the historical warriors.
On his visit to the UK ,he had a discussion with the founder of NTC International on the 16th of March.
Where she had mentioned her consultations with the Plateau State Government in the past few decades and the need for the government to support organisations like our in the fostering peace and prosperity among our Plateau ingenes in diaspora, particularly PSA UK.
We also discussed tha matter of School Feeding Programmes for Primary and Secondary schools to be spare headed by organisations like Nurture the Children International, who have research in depth into the topic and are willing to work with the government to uphold children’s rights and stand for them at regardless of the cost, while speaking truth to power.
NTC will continue to work towards a day, where, ‘ no child should watch the sun rise and set again on an empty stomach’.
